Please be informed that the delivery of your order is subject to the following. Terms of Service (TOS).

1. Your Obligations

To process your order, you agree:

• to provide your accurate and  current address description as well as  of the receiver   of any gift .
  
• to accept eri-mall.com  Privacy Policy , Terms of Warranties  and Refund Policy .

2. Terms of Warranty 

Eri-mall.com  warranties that your products  will be delivered on the requested date .
Eri-mall.com  warranties that your products  will be delivered on the requested date ,provided :
 

• your order and payment 's confirmation arrives to eri-mall.com 36 hours before the delivery date
• the telephone number (or numbers) you have provided is correct and is/are in  working condition
• the recipient is willing to accept the gift

Eri-mall.com  warranties :

• the gift item is delivered at the address of the recipient if the recipient is willing to  accept the item
• the weight of the sheep delivered is at least equal to the advertised weight

Eri-mall.com does not guaranty:

• the time (hour) of delivery
• the delivery of the gift item if the information about the recipient is incorrect or not valid
• the origin or type of the sheep except for the weight

3. Terms of Refund

Eri-mall.com  shall refund the total amount of the order's payment to the customer if the customer cancels his/her order 24 hours prior to the delivery date. ( for gifts to  Asmara )

Eri-mall.com  shall return the item and refund the total amount of the order's payment  if the delivered item does not  conform to the ordered item according to this TOS  or is not in good condition. However, Eri-mall.com  does not have the obligation to  return nor refund if the claim is not made within 24 hours after delivery( for gifts ) or within 5 days ( for products ).
 As for gifts Eri-mall.com  shall refund the payment minus 5% if the order can not  be delivered due to  the  following reasons:

• the recipient cannot be reached with the information provided by the customer
• the recipient informs eri-mall.com that he/she is not willing to accept the gift before the item is purchased

         The refunded money shall only be given to the customer and shall never be given to the recipient
